Planned journey research

Whilst researching the tickets, prices, and entitlements I sent several emails during May 2009 to confirm what First Class ticket holders are entitled to during the week and at weekends

Cross Country :
A fixed light meal menu operates during the week, on parts of the journey
Complimentary snacks and drinks are available from the trolley or shop at weekends
Full details are on their website

East Midlands Trains :
Confirmed that complimentary snacks and drinks are available, served at-seat during the week, and from the buffet car at weekends

First Great Western :
I asked what the current price of a sleeper reservation was for holders of First Class All Line Rail Rover tickets and what would be received when performing such a sleeper reservation
The original email confirmed that the reservation cost was £40.00, although it should be noted their website currently displays £45.00
No further details were offered
Further details on their website show that complimentary snacks and drinks are available, and a breakfast is included

First ScotRail :

The original email confirmed that the reservation cost was £43.00, £2.50 First Class sleeper refreshment vouchers would be issued, along with London Underground vouchers
I had no plans to use London Underground, so had no interest in these
