The following journeys qualify for compensation, as published in the relevant passenger train companies Passenger Charter
This varies as either a 30 or 60 minute delay

One service terminated before destination, subsequent service resulted in arriving between 30 and 60 minutes late

One service was delayed by 30 minutes
Cross Country sent Rail Travel Vouchers to the value of £12.00

Friday 26 June 2009
One service was delayed by 90 minutes
